The following are the terms and conditions that you must comply with while making purchases on our platform.
Right to Cancellation
As a responsible brand, we provide our customers with the right to cancel their order within a certain period. As per the rules of our cancellation policy, every individual is entitled to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. A refund is possible if the order hasn't progressed to the next step. However, in case of cancellation of your order after 24 hours, we will not entertain any full refund request. Refunds and returns are also not acceptable on customised wallpapers. Also, please note that cancellation is not possible once we start printing your wallpaper. Therefore, we encourage you to carefully review your order before going to the next step. Lastly, we do have a team for answering all of your queries related to your order.

Production and delivery
We use modern printing technology and materials from our side to provide you with the highest-quality wallpapers. The production work starts just after confirming the details of your order, which include design, size, pattern, and printing page. It barely takes 3-5 days for the completion of your customised wallpaper.
We are mainly responsible for the security of your packaged material, and we are not held responsible for the delays in delivery as it is made by a third-party courier. However, it can take up to 3–7 business days for domestic orders and up to 14 business days for international orders. If you have any questions or concerns about the production or delivery of your wallpaper, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.
Customs duty and taxes
The customer is responsible for all the customs duties and taxes that are levied upon entry to any destination country or location.
Goods Quality
We carefully perform all the necessary inspection processes before shipping your order so that it meets our quality standards and that we are responsible for the claims before the product installation. Also, we are not responsible for the claims when you hire a third-party company to install the wallpaper. Color variations can happen sometimes due to screen resolution, for which we also provide a preview of the design before printing so you can make changes if necessary. Damaged or defective wallpaper is returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
Returns and Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with the wallpaper you receive, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange for a return or exchange. Refunds will be issued once we receive the returns.
