We use different carriers depending on the location from which the order has been placed and the size of your order. Generally, orders are shipped using a standard shipping technique. However, at the cost of extra money, you can also get the advantage of express shipping options. If you require express shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

Return

Return is one of the most key aspects that shows how the company deals with its complaints. We have quite a tight testing and checking schedule before we unload the product from our warehouses. Each wallpaper is checked thoroughly for defects by our quality team. After our thorough inspection, we don't deliver stuff of which we are not 100% sure. However, if you are still having difficulty fitting your wallpaper or if the wallpaper has some defect, you can contact our master team and file a return.

We expect to provide you with the quickest solution in the shortest period of time so that you can focus on your renovation project.

Problems with wallpaper or murals?

Every order for wallpaper murals is custom-made based on the dimensions of your wall. However, every design is uniquely made according to particular needs, so we are unable to store any rolls in our warehouse.

Because we cannot reuse the material, we are unable to accept returns of material that was purchased due to a change of heart. A custom mural or wallpaper order that has already been placed cannot be changed.

We constantly strive to provide our customers with the highest quality service possible, so in order to address your problem as quickly as possible, we'll need some pictures of the issue.

Most of the time, our team solves your problem easily without taking it in return.

After receiving your photos, our team inspects them, and in a short time, they will revert to you with the most desirable solution. If murals or wallpaper are defective due to other factors outside our control, or if misuse of any part of the print material or any third-party damages happen, then refunds or returns are not issued.

After reviewing the defects, we are solely responsible for the defect if it has been caused by our side, and our team will work effortlessly to solve the problem as quickly as possible.

If the issue is still not solved and is caused by something outside of our control, then our master team will always be available to guide you with further steps to complete your order. and in this kind of issue, we replaced the mural, which can be sent quickly with no extra cost.
